Jon Zulawski, MBA, SPHR, CPTD has over a decade of experience driving learner engagement by leading the development of learning programs and enhancing the effectiveness of the learning function at organizations both large and small across a variety of industries.
As a talent solutions leader in executive education, Jon drove the development of new product and service offerings aligned with client and market needs. Jon has led leadership and organizational development, employee development, learning technologies, and patient, customer, and employee experience functions at health care, financial, insurance, and benefit administration companies and non-profit organizations.
Jon is an experienced talent development and HR consultant and project manager and is passionate about helping clients succeed while building internal skills and competencies. He is an expert in the selection, implementation, and administration of learning technologies, and has helped numerous organizations successfully transition their learning programs to the online space.
Jon served on the Board of Directors of the Madison Area of Chapter of the Association for Talent Development for six years, including a year as President, and he is a guest lecturer at the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin.
